About CWEL
The Center for Workforce Equity and Leadership (CWEL) is a project funded by the Children’s Bureau, an office of the Administration for Children & Families within the United States Department of Health & Human Services.
CWEL provides site-specific technical assistance to jurisdictions to improve recruitment, retention, and well-being of the child welfare workforce and advance equity and social justice.
